Guess the Film

This film is an all time favourite of our guest film reviewers namely: young Quinn, Gillian,Claire and Anita.  They all feel that it’s an absolute masterpiece and most definitely not to be missed.  Although it has in fact won many awards, they all feel it should have won lots, lots, more, and in fact they all felt that film making itself should have stopped completely after this film was produced . No other film could top this one or in fact ever be compared with it!  ‘On Golden Pond’  is a world wide and truly amazing piece of pure artistic mastery.

Collectively the reviewers agree  that the  story behind the film wasn’t about a pond made of gold at all, and truth be told they were very disappointed when they found out that key fact!   The film was in fact an “ old fashioned family melodrama” which was nominated for 10 - yes you read it correctly! -10 Oscars!! Amazing!!! It actually won 3 yes just three!!: Best actor: Henrette Foundu; Best actress: Katalin Heartburn and Best adapted screenplay.

Both the film and the film reviewers namely: Young Quinn, who is Leicester born and breed.  Gillian & Claire, sisters and much loved nieces of young Quinn, who live way up high in Scotland and last but definitely not least OurAnita originally from Leicester but now lives in Lincoln which is not far from Skegness where you can buy sticks of rock with the word Skegness running all the way through it (how do they do that ?), will definitely go down in PallattWood Studio history. The film is a absolute must to be seen (preferably after a skin-full)!
